Welcome — you’re invited into spaces where slowing down, opening up, and belonging come together. Whether we’re singing side by side, sharing our stories, or simply holding presence for one another — each circle is an opportunity to touch the web of connection that sustains us.
Our Current Circles
Song Circles (drop-in)
Join us in a gentle, joyful gathering of voices — no experience needed. We’ll sing songs of nature, kindness, courage, and care, with room to breathe and be held by harmony. Everyone is welcome; bring your voice, bring your heart, and come as you are.
Mindful Parenting Circle (coming soon)
A caring container for parents and caregivers to gather, reflect, share, and practice presence. Whether you’re navigating the early years, middle childhood, or simply longing for connection and support — this circle is for you. We’ll lean into mindful parenting practices and community sharing so you don’t have to walk it alone. We may use excerpts from various parenting and mindfulness related texts to inspire our discussions.
Community Sharing Circle (1–2× per month)
A held space for bringing our authentic selves — our joys and our edges, our questions and hopes. We’ll come together in ritual and reflection, listening to one another, witnessing, offering presence. These circles ground us in belonging, remind us we’re not alone, and invite the possibility of transformation together.
Why Circles?
In a world that moves fast and asks us to do so much alone, circles remind us: we are part of something larger. We connect not just to other people, but to the living world, to our bodies, to our hearts. When we gather — in song, in sharing, in listening — we remember our roots and our voices.
My work is inspired by the belief that healing happens in community: in attuned touch, in collective voice, in shared silence and presence. I weave these invitations into each offering to help us all re-root, reveal, and reconnect.
How to Join / What to Expect
- Each circle is offered in a warm, safe, secular space where you are welcome exactly as you are.
- Drop-in song circles have a regular weekly schedule — feel free to come when you can.
- Mindful Parenting and Sharing Circles will have scheduled dates ahead; space is limited to hold depth and presence.
- No prior experience is needed for any of these offerings — just a willingness to come, open a little, and participate in kindness and community.
- Come in comfortable clothes and bring water, a journal, or any small item that helps you feel at ease. For song circles, you’re welcome to bring an instrument, drum, shaker, or simply your presence. If you feel called to share, you may also bring a song you know well and feel comfortable teaching. For songs with more complex lyrics, printed lyric sheets can be helpful — though most of the time, we learn by ear through repetition.
